We’re excited to announce that Mike Cosgrave has joined EXPANSIA as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO)! With more than two decades of leadership experience in the government contracting and technology sectors, Mike brings extensive expertise in driving operational excellence and delivering mission-focused solutions across cyber, digital, and national security domains.
Our New COO's Role
At EXPANSIA, Mike will oversee business operations and execution as the company continues to scale its digital modernization work supporting our nation’s defense and civil space missions. His leadership and operational insight will help strengthen our ability to deliver integrated, innovative, and impactful solutions to our clients across the government landscape.

Mike's Prior Experience
Before joining EXPANSIA, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer at Tria Federal and AceInfo Solutions. Earlier in his career, Mike served as Senior Vice President at CACI, leading the company’s Cyber Development Group as well as Director of Special Programs at Six3 Systems. He also held senior management and engineering positions at ManTech International and Integrated Data Systems.
Mike earned his BA from The American University and an MBA from George Mason University. He resides in Herndon, Virginia, with his wife and their two children.
