We’re excited to share that Mary Ann Carlson has joined EXPANSIA as our new Senior Vice President of Business Development and Capture! With her extensive experience in customer development, strategic planning, and market expansion, Mary Ann will be instrumental in helping us meet the growing demands of our clients. 

Mary Ann has a proven track record in driving business growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Growth Officer at IPTA, where she shaped and executed strategies for organizational growth. Prior to that, she was the Northeast Regional Executive at COLSA Corporation, focusing on identifying strategic opportunities and building long-term relationships. In her role, she developed frameworks that aligned business opportunities with corporate objectives, paving the way for sustained growth. 

At EXPANSIA, Mary Ann will be key in shaping our business development efforts, driving new client acquisitions, and supporting our mission to deliver innovative solutions. Her deep expertise will help us strengthen relationships and adapt to the evolving needs of our clients as we continue to grow. 

Mary Ann’s leadership has been recognized by AFCEA, where she has received multiple awards for her outstanding leadership contributions. She also serves as AFCEA International Regional Vice President, highlighting her commitment to excellence and leadership in the industry.
